Radiosity scenes are a pain to finish if you have to roll back 10 lines
or so.  +C isn't always a viable option.

Maybe the prompt could be implemented, but with a user-defined time
limit before it activated.  So if you set it at 5 minutes, all your
"Render -- Crap that's wrong  -- Stop" renders wouldn't ask, but if
you'd had a real render going, then you'd get prompted before killing it
by mistake.
